Step 1: Drink 16 oz of water before applying each treatment and continue drinking at least 64 oz per day during use. *Dr. Natera recommends 6 treatments over an 18 day period for each target area.

Step 2: Take a hot shower or rub a warm wash cloth on your target area to help open the pores of your skin. If you have exfoliation cream, use it to open your pores even more. Then, dry your skin off.

Step 3: Open and unfold the Natural Sculpting System (or Facelift) and immediately place the wet side firmly on your target area. It will take about 1 full minute for the cloth to stick to your target area (the warmth of your skin is what makes it stick), so be patient and keep smoothing out the wrinkled cloth onto your skin until it's on. Once it's on, sit back and relax on your favorite chair or couch and try not to move to much.

Step 4: Leave the treatment on your skin for at least 10 minutes. Note: You can leave on longer or even sleep in it, but you might need to use an ace bandage or saran wrap to ensure good contact between the cloth treatment and your skin. When the cloth starts to come off, you can remove and discard.

Step 5: Wait 72 hours in between treatments and drink 64 oz of water each day. Repeat this process one time every three days until you are satisfied with your results.
